SALES MANAGEMENT PLANNING 2020

Honeycomb Builders Inc. held its first company out of town sales leaders planning at Mount Sea Resort in Rosario, Cavite last Febrauary 11-12, 2020. The two day activity entitled “We Move as One” was participated by the company’s Sales leaders together with the members of Sales & Marketing Group.

The key objective of the two day seminar was to answer “What does it take to create a great sales person?”. There were two key note speakers for the said activity, one of which is Ms. Amy G. Soon, the President and the woman behind Honeycomb Builders Inc. She discussed different topics and shared experiences and traits of being a top performer agent. Resource speaker Mr. Ferdinand “Nanjo” Berba, the Chairman of Philam Asset Management Inc. & Head of Strategic Initiatives Office of the Philam Group. He discussed the techniques, plans, processes that can be used to maximize the ease of doing business. Sales leaders were also able to have an open discussion on how to beat the target sales and even targeting higher sales for the years to come. The participants learned more about the ins and outs of the business and equipping strategies through the activities prepared. By determining a course of action, creating a clear map of their plan and how to execute it effectively; they were able to ensure that individual and team wide goals will be achieved.

At the end of the two day seminar, they were able to build camaraderie among the team. There’s a saying that “Company don’t build business – they build people and then people build business”. Each one is part of a piece. So whether you’re a sales leader or part of the back office, you are part of the team.
