In line with the announcement of enhanced community quarantine in Luzon on March 16, HBI management implements the work from home scheme for the safety of its employees.


In response to the growing spread of the novel corona virus, HBI management instructs all property admins that monitors shall be installed on every lobbies for information dissemination about the virus. As precautionary measure, alcohols and fabricated foot baths were stationed on every entrance of the building. Posters and printed advisories are also visible within the property.


Security also have strict implementation on the entry and exit policy of all tenants. As a protocol, unit owners and tenants are prohibited to enter the building if they have recent travel history or cannot present a quarantine pass. This will be strictly implemented on all HBI properties to avoid the transmission of the virus during the enhanced community quarantine.


Aside from sanitation made by the local government unit, HBI management is taking appropriate measures for the continuous sanitation, disinfection and maintenance on all properties making sure that all unit owners and tenants are safe during the lockdown. HBI employees were also given alcohol and sanitizer.


After the enhanced community quarantine, HBI plans to hold a fire drill activity and general assembly.
